All our systems are installed to be fully compliant with all relevant
by-laws.
However, by far the most important to the user is the installation
of a thermostatic maximum water temperature control. This does not take
normal temperature control away from the user, but ensures that it is
impossible to be scalded by water that is too hot.
This control can be either by a separate valve installed in the pipe
work, or built into the taps. The different options will be discussed
with the you when appropriate.
SAFETY
Your safety remains our absolute priority. We carry a large range of
grab rails on our vans. The exact siting of these is entirely dependent
upon personal needs, and is therefore decided upon with the customer
once the bath is fitted. All grab rails are supplied and fitted at supply
cost only as a measure of our commitment to you, the customer.

Sometimes it is necessary to install a booster pump to ensure rapid
filling of the bath, especially important for walk in baths. Again this
issue can only be resolved by site survey.
We can offer a range of Spa options to meet customer needs. This will
again be discussed prior to finalizing an order.

FITTING
We are able to fit a bath in one day as are most firms. However we will
never rush a job to finish within the day. Frequently our customers
wish to have their new bath fitted as part of a general upgrade to their
bathroom. We carry out all trades such as tiling and fitting of bathroom
ancillaries whether supplied by us or yourself. In addition it is sometimes
advisable to increase the heating within the bathroom. Again this is
subject to discussion with the customer.
COMMISIONING
You will of course be shown how to get the best out of your new bath,
but some clients are still a little reticent. To overcome this, we can
arrange for a fully qualified nurse to come and assist you for the first
use if this is required.
GUARANTEE
Different baths come with differing lengths of manufactures guarantee,
however, as a supplier we believe your bathroom is our responsibility.
We are only a phone call away and cover all bathrooms for two years
for all reasonable defects.
